Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Watch Try-On iOS app ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. What the app does
Watch Try-On generates AI-created videos showing a selected watch design on your wrist, rendered at true physical size using a bank card in your photo as a calibration reference. The videos are visualisations to help you decide — they are not photographs of real watches and may differ from the actual product in finish, colour, and detail.
2. Your photos
You confirm that photos you submit are of your own wrist (or that you have permission to submit them). Keep bank cards fully visible with all four corners in frame for calibration — and note the card face is redacted on your device before upload (see our Privacy Policy). Don't submit photos containing other people's payment cards, IDs, or documents.
3. In-app purchases
- Standard try-ons are free.
- Fast ($0.99) and Fast+HD ($1.99) are one-time consumable purchases, each good for a single priority-rendered video. They don't change the film itself — only how fast it arrives and, for Fast+HD, the output resolution.
- All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices include applicable taxes where required.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policy — we can't issue App Store refunds ourselves. If a paid video fails to generate, contact support@onthewrist.win and we'll make it right.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no submitting photos you don't have the right to use, no trying to break or overload the service, no scraping or reverse-engineering, and no using generated videos to mislead anyone into thinking they depict a real, purchasable watch.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its fourteen watch designs, and its branding are our property. Your generated videos are yours to keep, replay, and share for personal, non-commercial use. Don't present our designs as your own or use them commercially without permission.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the rendering queue running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Free-tier videos are processed on a best-effort basis; paid videos get priority rendering.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is". We're not liable for decisions you make based on the visualisations (including watch purchases), nor for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — or, if you paid nothing, $10.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change and material changes will be flagged in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

10. Apple EULA
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement for licensed applications.
