Watch Try-On ("the app", "we") turns a photo of your wrist into an AI-generated try-on video of a watch. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. The short version: no account, no tracking, no ads, no sale of your data.

1. What the app collects and why

  • Wrist photos you submit. To render a try-on, the app uploads the photo you choose to our processing server. The photo is used only to generate your video and to verify its size accuracy. Photos are not used for any other purpose.
  • Your bank card is never uploaded. The card in your photo is only a ruler for true-size calibration. Its face is redacted on your device before anything is sent — we never receive your card number, name, or any card details.
  • Watch choice and size. The design and case size you pick are sent with your photo so the correct watch is rendered.
  • Push notification token. If you allow notifications, a device push token (via OneSignal) is stored so we can tell you when your video is ready. You can disable this anytime in iOS Settings.
  • Purchase records. Fast / Fast+HD purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We see that a purchase is valid and which product was bought; we never see your payment details.

2. AI processing and third parties

Your submitted photo is processed by our AI video-generation provider to create the try-on film. The provider receives the photo and the watch rendering instructions, and only for the purpose of generating your video. We do not allow the provider to use your photos for any other purpose.

Third-party services used by the app:

  • AI video generation — renders the try-on film from your photo (photo and watch choice only).
  • RevenueCat — validates in-app purchases (purchase status only, no payment details).
  • OneSignal — delivers "your video is ready" push notifications (device push token only).

3. What we don't do

  • No accounts and no sign-up — the app is device-scoped.
  • No advertising and no ad tracking.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with data brokers.
  • No analytics SDKs profiling your behaviour across apps.

4. Data retention

Your submitted photo is deleted from our server as soon as your video is done or the job fails — it is never kept longer than needed to deliver your try-on. Card-detection logs stay on your phone and are never uploaded. Push tokens are deleted when you disable notifications or delete the app. We run no ads and no tracking SDKs, and there is no account holding your data. If you want anything deleted sooner, email us (see §7).

5. Children's privacy

Watch Try-On is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted a photo, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data: support@onthewrist.win.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
